Haunted Car Crawl

Dear Families:

The Lions sent out free tickets this morning for the Haunted Car Crawl to everyone’s email. The subject of the email is Here are Your Haunted Car Crawl Tickets and it was sent from notifications@wixevents.com. If you cannot find this email please check your junk or spam folder. If you still cannot find it please email me at director@exhaledance.com. Make sure to star or save this email so you can easily access it the day of the event. You will not be able to drive through without the ticket.

Also, please note that this free ticket is for the 8:00-8:15 time slot, so the dancer can drive through at the end of their performances. If you wish to get an earlier ticket to go through with family members that are non-performers you must purchase one.

Finally, due to safety precautions non-performers are not allowed outside of their cars during the HCC. Families will not be able to watch their dancer perform unless they purchase a ticket to an earlier time slot and happen to drive through when they are performing.

Here is the itinerary for the Haunted Car Crawl:

October 27th: 5:00-6:30 all dancers (including EDYI 1) will have rehearsal at our Holbrook Street Studio. Parents will be invited to watch the rehearsal from 6:00-6:30 so they can get a sneak peek of the show before the big day!

October 28th:

4:45:  Drop off at Freeman Kennedy along the access road.  They should come dressed in costume with hair and scary make-up done.  

5:30-7:15:  Performance

7:45:  Pick-up dancers at the Union Street studio (change from last year).

8:00-8:15:  Dancer’s can drive through with their free tickets that went out to parents’ emails this morning.
