Santa Parade 12/3🎅
Hello families! I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and enjoyed some well deserved rest and relaxation! Reminder that all of EDYI will be marching in the Santa Parade on Sunday 12/3! See information below:)
- 2:00: EDYI 4 & 5 arrive at Hillcrest Village to hand out cookies
- 2:30: Everyone else arrives at Hillcrest Village
- ***All dancers should wear warm clothes underneath their costume, black leggings and comfy walking shoes. List of what students will wear:
- 1s & 2s: Mice costumes
- Claras: Ella – Act 1 costume, Lyla – Act 2 costume
- Payton: Sugarplum
- Amerie: Nutcracker
- Rose: Auntie D
- Izzy: Mouse Queen
- Aoife: Doll Costume
- Samara/Elizabeth: Flower or Snow
- All other EDYI 3s/4s: Team jacket over warm clothes and any holiday paraphernalia they would like!
- Dancers wearing costumes will go home with them after dress rehearsal and will meet at Union St after the parade to return them.
- Let us know ASAP if you are not marching with us. We love being a part of this event and helping out with this long standing tradition!🎅🎄
Nutcracker Parent Volunteer Sign Ups:)
We are still looking for some help from EDYI families during the Nutcracker! To assure that we have enough hands, we ask that each parent signs up for at least one slot!
We have also published an optional sign-up to provide snacks to the edyi dancers during their long day of Dress Rehearsal on Dec 2nd. The Exhale Parents Associate will provide lunch for the dancers, but we are seeking donations for snacks throughout the day:)
