11:45: arrival at the main stage (arrive early. Parking can be tricky and is a long walk to the main stage.).
Parking: If you want to drop off so your dancer doesn’t have to navigate the long walk, there will be a drop-off area for volunteers/performers close to the main entrance. If you tell the Lions that your dancer is performing at Community Day you may park for free. Of course, the Lions would appreciate the $10 donation to help defray the costs of this large community event!
12:15-1:00: performance
What to wear/bring:
- Team leotard
- Sparkly team skirt (handed out this week)
- Students are welcome to wear tan tights or simply skip tights all together, as the weather forecast currently states it will be very warm on Saturday. (Do not wear pink tights!!!!)
- Hair in a clean, performance bun
- Light make-up
- Plenty of sunscreen
- Water bottle
- Do not bring your big dance bag, please. There is no place to put it.
- You will only need to bring your jazz shoes to change into at the performance. Wear good walking shoes to the event.
After the performance the 4/5 dancers are welcome to stay and assist with Exhale’s booth. All other students are free to walk around the event and enjoy community day!
