Dear Families,
After speaking with the Lions Club, we have decided not to continue our tradition of dancing at the Haunted Train Ride this year. Because our performance takes place while it is still light out, attendance during our segment has dropped in recent years as crowds now gather after dark.
However, we are excited to support the event in a new way. The Lions Club is in desperate need of high school age and older volunteers to play characters along the train route. To help keep this tradition alive for Norfolk, our oldest students and Miss Sessy will be volunteering as characters in the woods throughout the event.
While we are nostalgic about no longer performing our dance routine, both the event and Exhale have evolved, and we are thrilled to play a vital role in keeping this tradition going. Our older students look forward to entertaining you from the trail and helping raise funds for the Norfolk Lions and their great causes.
