We are excited to announce our brand new EDYI communication system: the Parent Hub! Our goal in creating this system is to ensure our EDYI dance family receives clear, concise, and real-time communication so we can continue working together to build the strongest dance community possible. Here is what is changing:
- Everything in One Place: Forms, videos, schedules, and updates are now centralized, so you no longer have to search through long emails or blog posts.
- Real-Time Schedule Updates: All schedules are embedded directly into the platform. Schedule updates will occur every Sunday before 7:00 PM, and any changes will immediately be reflected on the site. You will also receive an email or text message notification once the weekly update is completed.
- Direct Phone Access: You can now follow the EDYI Google Calendar on your phone by visiting our schedule/calendar page, keeping the current schedule at your fingertips.
- Streamlined Communication: Instead of long weekly posts, please check the calendar page for your weekly schedule. The blog will now be reserved for new announcements and emergency changes. We will also utilize our texting service more frequently for quick updates.
- User-Friendly Pages: Easily navigate to the exact information you need:
- Forms & Documents: Access required forms and paperwork.

- Rehearsal Videos: Find practice videos for your child.
