CANCER WALK RECAP/HALLOWEEN NOTES
Dear Parents and Dancers,
Once again, a big “THANK YOU” to all of you for being available to perform at the Norfolk Lions “No One Fights Alone” Halloween Costume Cancer Walk. Your presence, performance, and time are all greatly appreciated!
All EDYI Dancers are welcome to wear their Halloween Costumes to class on Wednesday, October 30th. As with the Halloween Performances, please be sure that the costume is “danceable”. Dancers may also want to wear their leotard and tights underneath as well, as they may want to remove their costume for comfort.
AND…Just a quick reminder that Exhale will be Closed for Halloween on this Thursday, October 31st. Hoping your “Trick or Treat” is fun and festive!

Thank you to all who came out on Friday evening for a fun night of socializing and sharing ideas for the season ahead!
Fall Merchandise Fundraising is Open! Check out Miss Melissa’s website for personal Exhale Merchandise! A portion of the proceeds of sales will go directly back to the EPA! A special “Thank You” to Miss Melissa for partnering with us! Get your orders in early for Holiday shopping!

Clara’s Tea Party returns this year! Save the date for Nov 23rd from 3-5 pm at the Holbrook Studio. This is a chance for dancers to actively participate in fundraising by wearing costumes and hosting Exhale students for a fun Nutcracker and Clara themed afternoon! We would love as many dancers as possible to participate as hosts. We also welcome parent volunteers to help oversee snacks and guest drop off and pick up. If anyone want to help coordinate, please reach out to Steph Donovan or Jess Rock.
SAVE THE DATE: SANTA PARADE
Exhale/EDYI will be marching, and performing in the the Norfolk Lions Santa Parade this year. The Parade is scheduled for Sunday, December 1st, at 3:30 pm. Please mark your calendars. Details regarding the event will posted in an upcoming post during the month of November.
Important Dates for November
- November 11th: Veteran’s Day / Exhale is OPEN
- November 18th: Fall Observation Day / Blue and Green Teams will be held from 5:30-6:00 at the Studios where they dance. Purple Team will be held from 8:30-9:00 at Holbrook.
- November 25th: Nutcracker Run-Through / Holbrook / 4:00-6:30. All EDYI Dancers Must Attend!
- November 26th – November 30th: Thanksgiving Break / Exhale is CLOSED
