SANTA PARADE RECAP

Dear Parents and Dancers,

A big Thank You to all for your part in making today’s Santa Parade a success. Your time, presence, service, and performance…despite the cold…are all greatly appreciated!

IMPORTANT DATES FOR DECEMBER

• December 2nd: Nutcracker Ticket Sales Begin / Details Posted Below
• December 10th: Nutcracker Dress Rehearsal / King Phillip High School / Details Posted Below
• December 15th: Nutcracker Performance / King Phillip High School / Dancers will need to arrive at 12:30. 2:00 PM SHOWTIME!
• December 16th: EDYI Post Nutcracker “DAY OFF”. Classes will NOT be held.
• December 20th: EDYI Holiday Party / 5:00-6:30 at Holbrook. Please Note: Modern Class and Specialty Rehearsals will NOT be held on this day.
• December 23rd – January 5th: Holiday Break / Studio Closed

NUTCRACKER PREP CHECKLIST

• HAIR: Please have your dancer’s hair in a “performance” bun. NO foam ‘doughnuts”. Please…and Thank You!
• MAKE UP: Please have your dancer arrive in “performance” make up.
• TIGHTS: Exhale will be providing a new pair of pink and tan tights, and black “knee highs” (Purple Team only) for the Performance.
• SHOES: Please be sure that ALL shoes are “performance” quality! Please clean up all scuff/dirt marks to the best of your ability. Purple Team Tap Shoes must be polished.

SCHEDULE FOR TICKET SALES:

• Monday, December 2nd: Tickets Sales will Open for all EDYI families beginning at 6:30 pm, and Close at 10:00 pm
• Tuesday, December 3rd: Ticket Sales will Re-Open for the Entire Exhale Community beginning at 7:15 pm. and will remain open until the Performance is Sold Out.

PLEASE NOTE: As in the past, Tickets will be sold with Assigned Seating/Tiered Pricing. Please keep this in mind as you select your seats and purchase Tickets.

NUTCRACKER DRESS REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

WHEN: Tuesday, December 10th

WHERE: King Phillip High School

• 4:00-6:00: Purple Team Assistant Teachers should be present to rehearse with their respective classes. PLEASE NOTE: Dinner will be provided by Exhale!
• 4:30-5:00: “Little Bo Peep”
• 5:30-6:00: Lead Dolls
• 6:00-7:30: EDYI BLUE TEAM
• 6:00-8:30: EDYI GREEN TEAM
• 6:00-9:00: EDYI PURPLE TEAM

FALL MERCHANDISE FUNDRAISING

The Exhale Fall Merchandise Fundraising Store is now Open! Please check out Miss Melissa’s website for personal Exhale Merchandise. A portion of the proceeds from sales will go directly back to the EPA.  A special “Thank You” to Miss Melissa for partnering with EPA on this Fundraiser!!  Get your orders in early for Holiday shopping!!!
